Thanks for the fixes, especially the customformations ones, I was always confused on when I needed to hold right-click or alt or space to get the proper command done.

I would like to express my discontent regarding the changes involving the ARM EMP Launcher.

I feel that, given the overall weakness of ARM relative to CORE and the fact that the CORE Tactical Nuke is used much more often to greater devastating effect, this change in balance will further the process of stripping away the last few remaining advantages ARM has over CORE.

Beherith is fond of knobs.

You didn't mention why you thought the change would make emp launchers less effective.

Good job, thanks!

EMP seems better this way? Even easier to emp groups of units. 35s should be long enough for most purposes anyway.

How much dps leveler lost ?

Does that mean impulse vs t2 unit is back ?

Impulse is independent of damage per shot. For the full changelog you can always see http://imolarpg.dyndns.org/trac/balatest/timeline.

Why patrol and fight commands stay? I select units and tell them to patrol, I have to use right mouse for that, ok fine, but then when I have drawn a line for them, the order still is at the cursor, aww man. I have to use left mouse to cancel it? This is gonna wear my mouse down fast. But this is just a test, right?

It will be fixed soon, in the next release: http://imolarpg.dyndns.org/trac/balatest/changeset/2294. (Until then, easiest way to revert to default order is press escape.)

Cool! I hate this shift+right click thing :-)

What Kapytii said is not related to needing to press shift to queue orders.

I am talking about canceling cursor mode. When you queue orders for example. You suggested me "shift + right click" when we were discussing that behaviour in spec chat. This is the same issue

It's not what I understood you to say - you told me that it wasn't possible to queue line commands for multiple order types (and, as I said back, it is, you just hold shift). But feel free to explain your issue again if you think otherwise.

it was impossible for me because previous command was still active (cursor mode) and I had no idea how to cancel it :-) Now I am happy that this issue will be fixed.

Updated to 7.98 with minor fixes.

If you use your own playerlist widget then you will need to get whoever authors your widget to update it - the engines list of 'ready/unready' players must now integrated into the playerlist (and will not show).

Info for any lua devs: there are GameRulesParams and Script.LuaUI callins for LuaUI to recieve players ready states,

Now the ready button in game is so small. Next time, maybe make it grow bigger and bigger after x time of waiting, so unready people notice it :) Add some flashing and sounds too, rainbow colors and pew pews.

ready button == website button from the 80s
I won't put any effort into things like that since they'll get replaced with nice chili stuff in bar. So for now, enjoy the 80s.
