Basically a sinecurve multiplied to the velocity of the unit, multiplied with a UnitDefScalar, so that Robots can have "Stop-And-Go"-Motion, without getting StopMovement called.
Yes, this one can be dirty workarounded. Still worthy at least of considering.

Yes, i know you can pretend its linear, but even if you take a look at this animation, its not, its definatly not all the time linear velocitys.
And for a reason, cause linear movement removes the visibility of the necessary force.
