Spring RTS Engine

You can toggle to see playernames instead of the regular cursors. For Specs and players seperately! Also adjustable are fontsize and opacity.

To instantly see which teamplayer checkes you out, and which specs are looking at what.

- added api, my adv playerlist can use this to distinguish active from idle specs.

note: I modified the BA Ally Cursors widget....

Are these names dissappearing after some time? I would prefer permanent version

Thanx for the widget and +1 for the dot (if it interferes with the name, maybe make it an empty circle or a cross).

- names fade out when looking from far away
- names scale with zoom distance
- slightly smaller dot + enlarged dot ring gap in texture
