Spring RTS Engine

Hello, my name is Kenn, and I represent The Igishly Company, and I have some questions about the engine and a couple other things. First of all, I would like to give a big, warm greetings, for I am new to these forums and am impressed with the success of Spring, and now to the questions:

So I've been developing a game called TOD with some friends. and I mean development VERY loosely. We've been brainstorming ideas for almost 8 months and we decided to go on the long winded search for an engine... But not before stumbling upon spring. And my co content creator has some questions about your software, First of which being: Is it okay to make a profit off an original game built from your engine? Second, are we entitled to our game or do you get additional rights to the game?

So all in all: Thank you for your engine, and we look forward to producing this game, whenever we can get started!

Game sold for profit? Yes - has been done before.

Rights - Source code (not art work) must be released under GPL.

Are you sure?

I mean the spring engine guys could really screw people over... (not saying that you guys would) ... but if you are running a business, you like to have some paper in your hand ensuring that you are save.

What on Earth are you talking about, and why did you change Forb's link in your quote to point to removed?
