Viper-mode, but better

It's like a Hegelian dialectic of Emacs, VI, and Viper-mode :
It has Emacs extensibility and features.
It has VI's easy key controls (less RSI!).
It has Viper-Mode's clever combination of the two.
It adds : Recent Development!
A little bit of blood has rushed into my nether parts.
