Spring RTS Engine

Hi,
So there's this map called "Seven Islands" From the original TA that's been made, however you cannot move on the map what so ever. So I was thinking maybe its because the gravity is too high.

How do I edit the gravity on an existing map, and/or what tool do I use?

it is not gravity, the map was made in a now broken format.
No easy fix, sorry.

Is it possible to extract the texture from sm3 maps?

That's a legendary map. I would like to have a working copy of it in Spring too.
