Spring RTS Engine

I would like play Spring on my portable. When I play a game I have this problem with the screen:

what exactly is this? a laptop?

First I have no infolog. It crashes not.... I have simply no Screen.
Second I writed portable not laptop, but a laptop is a portable computer. In switzerland we say laptop for a portable computer and I thought it s a English word

You *do* have an infolog.txt, but it could be in many different places (depending on spring version, install options, etc) and you need to look harder for it. I suggest a full search of your hard drive(s).

I'm not an expert, but this line: seems to point in the graphics driver or spring graphics settings direction.
