Spring RTS Engine

I've encountered a serious Problem on my new Windows 8.1 machine (GTX 765M). In Fullscreen mode, there are big flickering lines all over the screen, changing depending on what is currently rendered. Changing some of the spring settings doesn't help.
In windowed mode, everything runs fine.

Some ideas?

looks like overheating

Just solved the problem, but the solution is a bit weird. I need to activate Anti-Aliasing, at least x1, to get rid of these graphic bugs.

Could be a problem with the notebook GPU or driver.
