New computer - Spring utterly fails now

So I got myself a new laptop with W7 x64 pro, I tried Zero-K, it failed, tried XTA with manually downloaded maps, failed(both MT and single thread).
The only thing that is different from a stock installation, is that the computer is in a domain with some policies.

It seems like spring cant access anything, even when I run it with admin privileges. Zero-K cant even save any files to disk.
