Mac package has old version of pr-downloader

The version included is 0.6 which is not the latest. I am told daftalx maintains this.
oops, some misunderstanding...
pr-downloader is bundled to spring, so if you update spring you'll get automaticly get a newer version of pr-downloader.
daftalax fixed the buildbot so: if you grab the latest dev build of spring you can extract pr-downloader from this build and try out if it works fine...
