Modrules: metalCostFactor

Currently, there is no way to make repair/resurrect cost metal (short of using AllowUnitBuildStep). Can we thus have a metalCostFactor tag to go with the energyCostFactor tag?

I think repair can cost metal. I recall det adding it.
