Spring RTS Engine

Hi,

I play BA. I have been IP-banned from TERA for a reason I dunno, admins don't reply to me.
Anyway since BA community is small, banning me from it is kinda preventing me to play at the not so-busy-hours of the day. Since if I would like to play (and that noone will ever join my game I will host if there is already a few player gather in that host) I need a way to hide my IP. So I would need advice to do that: What the best way to do it so spring does not complain and still get OK-ish ping.

and then on the tera servers other ppls..
i clearly sayd the reason as i sayd now - i cannot nail u on a specific reason but your overall behavior
u dont need to play the uninformed man and cry on forum like predicted

the first time i tempbanned u - then u came back cheeky with smurf and played right beside me on DSD thinking i wont get it that u are alba
so after that action i banned u permanently
it really took some time to ban all your smurfs.. such excessive using of serious smurfing is really annoying thats the next topic..
then u troll against tera, loet admin topics right in public forum without thinking to talk to someone first..

The only reason I came back with another account is because I thought a troll-admin banned me for no reason than the fact I was caring my name: i was banned without any notice and without me doing anything 1 minute after I join the host,...and I get banned.

Then ofc I use and other account, start to play and ask to spec if admins are there to found out who banned me and for what reason and then I get banned, ... again without any explanation.

Maybe you are Licho (:D), but I wont play CA. TERA is still nice to hang out and play sim city if nothing else happen so high ping is O.K. .So now you can answer to my question if you post here !

Just be glad that you are banned from that place man. It just is a sequence of shitty games. I'm myself banned from one of those hosts for promoting a good host. Hopefully this post can get me banned from the other as well.

Also, grow some patience and idle in good hosts till you got a game, like [x]thehost or princesshost. Especially in the quiet hours of the day idling in the right host can decide whether good games are played that day or not.

Using a proxy to circumvent an ip-ban is a good way to also get banned from the spring server.

Better plan is now spot that you've been banned from two hosts recenly, change your behaviour, wait, then plead for forgiveness.

Because asking people why they were banned is a really accurate to way to find out the true answer....

I can't think of a single case where someone came on these forums and said 'I'm banned from xxx host for xxx' and was actually honest about it.

And no, you won't get banned from TERA for promoting other hosts. It's common to do this and entirely acceptable, as long as it doesn't become spam/insults. http://springrts.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?p=519280

I get your point but klap might be a bit different than other people you are used to deal with.
But good to hear that it is generally not tera's policy to ban for that reason.

Of course I wasn't particularly polite about the BA8v8DSD concept but the main reason the admin gave for banning me was promoting [x]thehost in the TERA host.

We had that discussion before. Don't know if it's bannable, but other autohost admins have in the past expressed, that they don't like promotion for other hosts on their host, except if specifically specs were addressed.

As I recalled correctly... (I was there in the lobby at the time of his ban). He did it in a disrespectfull way.
