Lightning Effect Extension

Please add a customizeable color to lightning so there can be multiple types in one game(blue->50%damage/50%paralyze; yellow->10%damage/90%paralyze; purple->40%damage/60%paralyze/HighEnergy)

colorMap being implemented for LightningCannon would be quite nice.
As well as the more straight forward

Ugh, zk already does this, rite? I mean, yellow for their empguns, blue for normal damaging lightning, and purple for felon?

Edit: Derp ok I get it now. I was only referring to colormap and completely glossed over the rgbcolor comment.
