Ribbon-Mouse pointer + Commander under attack alarm missing

Maby you can you help?
No Commander alarm sound. Other sounds are fine.
Mouse cursor is not anymore green ribbon-like.
BONUS!
Factories widget is not working anymore. (small icons to use labs anywhere in map)
I have an old install where i dumped new spring stuff.
tried to F11-menu on/off some widgets with no results.
Also tried only fresh install on another location.
Any suggestions are praised.
