i start my game with people and i get out of sync through out the game

Post the infolog. It's the file infolog.txt in your spring directory.

The best way to post it is to copy it's contents and paste it on a page like http://pastebin.com/

Then post the link here.

Please post the infologs of the other players who are out of sync too, & demofiles as well if possible.

You need to take the infolog immediately after the sync error has occurred and you have shut down the game. F12 = screenshot.
