Ubuntu 12 installs Spring version 85. Useless without 91.0

Hi,
The Ubuntu 12 install instructions only give you Spring 85 version.
(Same as what's in Synaptic)
Then when you run Spring you get:

" No compatible installed spring version has been found, this server requires version: 91.0
Your current installed versions are: 85
Online play is currently disabled."

Translated: Useless!

I'd propose that maintainer of spring ppa should go harrass the spaceman people into using a modern version.
