Hitmen For Destiny Creative even for webcomics.
Gnoph A bit body horror and bloody.
Gunnerkrig Oglaf(nsfw) SMBC and xkdc.
Another hundred.

I also made a list of webcomics ordered by artwork with pictures. See a quick example of each of 50+ webcomics ordered (sometimes very approximately) by effort & time put into their artwork.

Freakangels is more a graphic novel published for free on the interwebs than a webcomic, but it is awesome.

Some I go to more than others, and I haven't been to a few (especially ones at the bottom) in years. I typically only check them when I'm bored and have nothing to do, which is quite rare recently.

I've got many of those on my list too.

I've only recently gotten into Darths and Droids and haven't checked Sluggy Freelance  in months, if not years.

I think my current reading list is:

Darths and Droids
Penny-Arcade :-) (and Trenches  )
Player VS Player 8)
Dumbing of Age
Shortpacked 8)
chainsawsuit :-) (and Broodhollow  )
Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal :-)
xkcd :-)
Dinosaur Comics :-)
Minimumble, Maximumble and Book of Biff :-)

Every now and then I check on:
VG Cats :-) and Super Effective 8)
Nnewts
POWER NAP

 Continuous Story
:-) Joke a Day
8) Mostly Joke a Day, Some Persistence and Occasional Story Lines

Joke a day is preferred here at Spring.
Liked Nnewts and have Power Nap. Freakangels is #13 on art list.

Does http://5secondfilms.com/ count? it's kinda like a 1 to 3 panel webcomic but presented as a video...

doesn't matter, I'm linking to it anyways... it's nominally NSFW but primarily due to subject matter so you're probably fine with headphones.

Smbc has something like or exactly the same as 5 sec films. Then there's How it should have ended; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YsYWT5Q_R_w. And 30 bunnies http://www.angryalien.com/aa/30daysofnightbuns.asp. Foamy the squirrel rants does standup. NSFW http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/203761 And Zero Punctuation. Really i can only recommend ZP and that one HISHE. There is so much fun on the internet.

Inktank needs a link.

I both love and hate this thread, as it has reminded me of all the great comics I forgot about because lack of frequent updates, and hate it because all the time I wasted going through the archives instead of working on my homework D:
