				strict HTML5 requires all tag names to be lower case ( aka <b></b> or <p></p> )
also I'm pretty sure the pattern "<IMG>.......</IMG>" is invalid syntax (though possibly supported under the XHTML specification), it should be <img src="filename" /> now.

				Do you think maybe the idea here is to build up a perceived relationship with the community and/or a history as a contributor?
It could be a bot but I think it's much more likely a sleeper agent shil.
That said... if we aren't going to lock and toss the thread entirely it should at the very least be moved to Off-Topic... I've posted worse stuff there without getting banned.

				Looks like a bot, there is a url in op's user profile which it likely tries to SEO.
Edit: also a url in signature, but our forum does not display signatures.

Awe... now I'm sad. I was hoping for a really clever bot or a really dumb shil that we could have trolled. Dumb failed bots aren't nearly as entertaining.

				Fuck! Af beat me to it.
I that case I'll go with the semi real answer of:
<video width="320" height="240" controls="controls">
  <source src="movie.mp4" type="video/mp4">
  <source src="movie.ogg" type="video/ogg">
Your browser does not support the video tag.
</video>
HTML5 gives me a warm fuzzy.
Also, <3 WEBM (OGG would be better technically, but WEBM (
http://www.webmproject.org/ ) has the full power of google behind it so it has a better chance of being widely adopted and it is also free and open source like OGG as well).
