Documentaries. Also reality shows, but only the good kind.

Watching Cops really makes you feel like a saint, also it is hilarious to see the difference in how UK/US police operate.

Science bitches! Can't get enough of it.
When I run out of BBC documentaries, there is also some fascinating science on youtube. Couple of years old I think but still awesome.

good youtube stuff is perfect to watch during sole lunchtime at home.

i also like audiobooks. there seem to be many from the books of the famous, long dead philosophers, for example (for me, mostly the germans, so far). just search for audiobook + author or so.
