Free, very nice UI and tiles,big world with dungeons and an extensive top map.
A lot of variety and a intricate magic system.
IMO one of the best if not the best roguelike I have ever played.

What? It's not even using characters for graphics? There's a handy action bar instead of arcane keys combo? Rogue-Likes have gotten sooo casuuuu!

What do you expect to see in a video? Its a turn based roguelike.
It's like 100 megs download, Just get it and see for yourself...

Good roge likes force players to quaff potions they have not identified yet. Also no grinding and must have spell automation.

This variant has won roguelike of the year for 2 years now...
Im not gonna even try and compare different roguelikes to ToME becasue they are all different and usually very complex.
ToME 4 is just a very nice combination of deep gameplay and convenient and visually pleasing UI and sprites.
