[Solved] Rapid download unavailable

My install of spring (85.0) from the Debian repo won't access the mods that rapid-spring (0.5.1) downloads. These include the latest Conflict Terra, NOTA, and Spring 1944. Only manually installed .sd7 mod files are recognized and playable.

I have tried re-installing spring and rapid several times with no luck. I even tested rapid 0.6 using pip, but spring still had the same problem.

Here's what infolog.txt says:

Does anyone know what's happening? Is this just a Linux issue?

There is some kind of issue with the new zlib1g that recently made it into debian testing.

Thanks for the help. A quick downgrade to the stable repo version of zlib 1.2.3 fixed the problem.
