Spring RTS Engine

since many people still don't know how to fix the ctrl groups, i prepared a small widget that mods can bundle so that they have a workaround for the bug in this spring version

Thanks BD. Not sure why I didn't think to do this myself. I reset many keybinds for other things (bind c to capture, q to repeat, etc). Never occurred to me to set them for specteam so I could fix ze bug.
