Making sdz/sd7 game files - packing problem

Ive tried to fix some bugs in NOTA 1.66 until creators of mod returns, but lobby/spring doesnt recognize my nota1661.sdz or nota1661.sd7 file.

I know,
- that sdz is made by renaming of packed zip
- that sd7 is made by renaming of packed 7z
Ive tried both.

I know, that is needed to change version in Modinfo.lua. I did it.

I know, that my lobby/spring dont reconize old games like for example all nota mod versions older then 1.632 (i know, differes in modinfo.lua).

I was mad becouse of it  (that I fail on such simple thing as is the packing of mod file), so Ive tested, if the problem is in packing itself and I think yes.

Ive unpacked original nota166.sdz file with 7z program, and pack it back without any change into renamed zip.
original file have 35 890 085 bytes
new file have 35 542 508 bytes

Ive tried change zip parameters (copression methods, word, dict. size), filesize is still smaller then original file have.

I did it with the newest 7z (ive tried 3 different versions, too), on Windows XP 64 bit SP1 (win problem?)

Ive tried to find answer in forums and in development manuals, too. But theres nothing about such troubles as I have.
