unable to log into springlobby bugtracker

Since months I try to log into the springlobby bugtracker/redmine thing but I am unable to do so.
I tried entered every openID/google account info I ever created (even made an yahoo account lol) but it always bounces me between several "register" and "invalid login" sites.
I can login at other sites for example youtube and answers.springlobby.info and my favorite pronsites.
Anyway, I wanted to report this:
If you miss the mod, springlobby will try to download it for you.
But only if you join via the battlelist.
When you rightclick a playername->join same battle it does not offer to download the game.
