Spring RTS Engine

I am looking for sites that do as many of the following as possible:
-User editable games database that includes genera, tags, year searchable by them & google.
-Collection manager that includes a wanted list and allows me to rate&review and see others'.
-Pictures, videos and links to reviews or metacritick per entry so i can better understand the game and avoid surprises.
-Links to fan-sites & mods and wiki/faq/walk-through for the game mechanics. Allowing these in reviews and forum threads linked to the item counts.
-Game recommendation system.

I already use the following:
Listal. Does alot of these but no community.
Mobygames. genera & tags are very thorough. user editable but too hard to get credibility
Tvtropes & wikipedia. genera tags and nothing else
