spring-multithreaded.exe

In Windows, when I set a spring-multithreaded.exe as an executable, then apply changes and close that window, the next time i open Edit - Preferences - Spring, executable is the old one (C:\Games\Spring\\spring.exe) and with 2 slashes... How to set MT-executable forever? :)

just rename the mt one to spring.exe and tadaa!
