(the answer is NO, TA lost out to Starcraft in the Combat/Strategy category for Era 4: transition on platform DOS/Windows... other nominees were "Command and Conquer" and "Uplink: Hacker Elite"... and no Open Source games were nominated so nothing using the spring engine would have been concidered)

I love Diablo II, Flower, Marble Madness, Minecraft is good, Pitfall, the Metal Gear games are funny, the Super Mario Brothers games, and I've never played Okami [Wii Game], but it looks cool.

You'd like Okami... Imagine a game called "Zelda and the Magic Shugi Paintbrush" and then replace Zelda with an awesome wolf and replaced Hyrule with Feudal Japan.

Sorry, poorly remembered term I heard but never knew exactly what the right word for was. It's the kind of paintbrush used in traditional Japanese calligraphy.

Neat. Smoth knows a lot more about painting than I do. It's never been a hobby of mine, but I appreciate art.

I dislike their dis-inclusion of anything valve. Halflife1 or 2, portal, and TF2 are all extremely visually appealing and incredibly well done titles.

[edit]NM, they have portal. Still HL and TF2 deserve to be on there I feel.

Halo CE, Portal 2 and Starcraft 2 were pretty nifty too if you ask me.

Kinda weird to see Br├╝tal Legend in there. Boom Blox is one that I wouldn't have thought would see support by the popular vote, I believe that sold pretty badly. Got critical praise though. Metroid Prime 2 is the least popular of the series, how did that win?

unfnished, full of bugs... still the best game ever made because you give these shitty kids a 12 gauge right across the face, cut them in half with a laser, fry them with a taser, burn them with a flamer and melt them to a puddle with your standard issue turbo plasma rifle.

this game is about as good as battle arena toshinden.. where the fuck is killer instinct?? that game deserves a mention at least.. erf mistook it for paws of fury :P what ever


nice to see that Phantasy Star 4 and Dune 2 are winners... PS4 definitely is the best RPG that came out on the genesis.
