question - is it possible to 'merge' all accounts of the same player ? (2 accounts with 100h ingame merged into 1 200h account)

Yes, but you have to ask the right moderator to do it. Some say it's not allowed and others have no idea of the moderator rules so just do it for you anyway.

You could setup a script to ask every moderator "Can you merge my {x} account with my {y} account please?" and then just have the script PM every moderator this every hour, every day until the accounts are merged. Then it stops and does the same again next month.

anyway, my [CRAZY IDEA] was to do it automaticly every month for every player. smurfing problem is gone.

ZK solved smurfing. Anyone with a new account has to play like 50 games to get all the units unlocked. People whine and complain but still grind away and there's no way they'd make a smurf account to start over. It works like a charm.

i would agree, if u actually locked proper things.

Elo will ruin a smurf after like 10 games anyway.

Although the op sounds like it would actually encourage smurfing. Instead of actually playing on your main to get top rank, you just keep creating new smurfs and have all that time transfered each month.

well, 0k way doesnt work without unlockable stuff. i wouldnt mind doing it every day. i wouldnt mind 1 rank for every smurf (so u always got same rank, even after making new acc.

lets be honest, it was half lulz, half serious, i dont expect it to be implemented :D

You cannot do that in BA, almost every unit has an interest and has to be build at one moment to counter something.

Plus it is not fair that veteran get more chance to win by having more strategy possibilities.
