Attatchments bug, can someone fix this?

Fatal error: Class 'cache' not found in /home/spring/www/wwwroot/phpbb/common.php on line 206

This happens when trying to view attatched images. Could someone fix it?

This is a general server problem, it affects other activity and elements as well.
