Starting resources fail to load

when i set starting resources to anything over 1000, they always reset to 1000 when game starts.

another thread poster suggested it is the storage not adjusting accordingly.
http://springrts.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=25800

and i agree, because sometimes for a brief second, I can see the adjusted resources, then they go back to 1000

is there a fix, or a box unchecked somewhere?

also i believe it only happens in 7.3 and 7.31

pre-thanks

If it's a problem of a storage variable not budging from its 1000 default, then it should be a simple matter to revert to the behavior in BA 7.20, in which the starting storage was tied to starting resources, which makes more sense.

Starting resources have always determined the storage of the commander such a thing is easily done.

Is there something we should do to inform the dev team so they know it's a problem?
