first of all;
A shortcut to maps folder...i download maps from fileplanet and then have to keep going through my drives to get ma ta spring maps folder...mabye a nice shortcut to the folder in spring?
Also a buddy list...ive found many cool people i wanna remember...a buddy list would be ace!

At least check if features exist before you start suggesting them... why don't you just use the build in downloader?

or...make a shortcut yourself.
Buddy list would be nice tho.

These suggestions = Intelligent Lazy person looking out for Stupid Lazy Person...
suggester solution... you could make a firefox plug-in to associate sd7 files with the correct TASpring sub-folders...
buddy list could just be another filtering option, and you could right click and mark as buddy... then the name could show up in a different color... change filter options to only show marked names... also let you right click and block people from PMing you and their names will show up in red...

Universe, not fileplummet
You could just use the "More Maps" downloader in the TASClient.exe program. It downloads the maps directly to your maps folder.

That crashes a lot for me it says 100% downloaded then just hangs there and i cant do anything thats why i use fileuniverse and then i have to sift through folders to get to the maps folder.

I think its because it popups a new window saying download complete, only it sometimes seems to be a "popunder" so you will have to move around the other windows to find it (and the other windows doesnt respond until you have clicked ok in it).

A buddy list would be ace though.
A new suggestion - make the starting markers dissapear on game start!! They're dam annoying!

You can delete them and any other markers you place by holding "`" (Tilder Key), and right clicking on the marker.
A buddy list would be good.
The windows all disabling themselfs is a bit annoying. And if it causes errors like that, then it definatley needs to be fixed!
