trees every where ...

ok i compiled my map with some green tiels now there covered with trees like wtf??

you are using the old mapconv...

It doesn't automatically put trees and grass on green textures like the old one... you get to use a special feature-map

i already read aobut it i thought i had the new one point me to a link to the right file. not to a tut i told u i red 6 times now. yes i read it again b4 posting on the forum man god =/

i dled theo ne in the faq it dosent work ... keeps giving me erros.
i even tryed the no try mapconv file it dosent work ether god

I think you need a forth bmp image... the "featuremap"... I really have no clue how it works though. This is why we really need an updated mapping tutorial on the wiki.

Pretty shure its mothers latest version of mapconv that uses a "featuremap".bmp for the trees grass and geo`s.
