Crash on windows 7

After a fresh install of
http://springfiles.com/spring/games/kernel-panic-4
After loading the game it crash before the menu.

as there is no stacktrace, this looks like a bad graphics driver, try to update your graphics driver, or maybe the faq can help:

Ok thank i will try it tomorow when i start my windows 7 os.
On my primary os (ubuntu) the game doesn't crash. But on Kernel Panic only i have a script doesn't found proble. We are 2 Ubuntu user to have the same problem.
