hang on finalizing?

A lot of people are getting this error apparently:

There is no crash log or whatever, sping just hangs for them at finalizing ... and screen goes white.

This is when starting any kind of game

And I see no hang detection output. If you leave it for a minute, maybe you will get some more useful info.

should be noted the guy can play starcraft 2 on this rig but not spring.

SPRING IS OPENGL AND STARCRAFT IS DX! DON'T BLAME US FOR SHITTY OPENGL DRIVERS BY INTEL & ATI!

Not saying that at all. just wanted to say that it should at least have some power to it unlike the old onboard from back in the day

after some investigation, it looks like rpchromebrowserrecordhelper.dll is from realplayer...

this is the wrong point of view. the real player dll "attaches" to spring. ask microsoft/real why it is doing that.
