Experienced same error when checking out my own attached image. Reuploading solved the problem. Thing is the example attachment mentioned above is old. Old attachments disappearing is not good.

The error seems to occur randomly when viewing attachments, not always.

imo this happens when server is on high load.

if this happens i just reclick/refresh and so far that always worked.
