Beyond the very useful information given by the poster's above me, this might interest you:
Unfortunately, the game as such does not exist. The screenshot shows a number of units and buildings Cremuss modelled and textured, which he had meant to put together in a game he deemed Evolvere. However (if you look at the fifth page of that thread), the project has been pretty much terminated.

The pretty map the units are displayed on, by the way, is by Beherith I think (don't know it's name).

I am excited today to announce my new mod...
(most progress I've made on a project, ever)

So have any games/mods taken advantage of his models?

can not tell from the low res picture but the turret looks a bit like the starburst(?) named gatling cannon that was/is in CA. That other turret might be the Heatray in CA?

Also is the interface real or shopped?

Shopped, although given that it is mostly images it wouldn't be too hard to implement with...

Also all his stuff there is 100% original, nothing taken out of CA, although you might see some of it appearing in CA :D.

If nothing else it would be a shame for his work to go unused.
