Air repair platforms to slow?

See topic.

At least here, a 70% damaged bomber or gunship needs ages to be repaired. it seems to do no more then 5hp per second or something like that.
(this cant really be design, right? Because idle ground units autoheal faster...)

edit: just checked again...
its seems some units heal fast as supposed to, but some heal slow like hell...
