dl from springfiles via browser seems to work, but some rapids dl fail. other work though.

Rapid does not use springfiles. Rapid downloads files from the spring server.

SpringFiles was down yesterday for everybody, it's back up again today. I just use
http://mapinfo.adune.nl/ .
