TASServer dont work

Hi guys.
Ich have a Problem. Ive downloadet the TASServer from here, becasue i want to make a LAN game tomorrow. But the Server dont work. Is it Win7? I have Win7 as OS. ans ive installed the latest Java version.
Heres the fail from the TASServer:
What i have to do, to fix this?
