Spring RTS Engine

Its been awhile since ive played spring, but i remember (i believe it was pre Zero-K Lobby) that the mods you would download would be placed in your spring/pool folder. Now it seems as if that has changed?

i have installed a few mods, but nothing is in my spring folder, i even uninstalled spring, reinstalled an the same mods were there? where can i find the installation directory where mods are placed when downloaded with Zero-K Lobby?

its it's in documents and settings\user\my documents\my games\spring

documents and settings doesn't exist anymore licho (at least not tangible anyway)
