Spring host moderation

I just think that in the ligth of the couple complains that show on the forums and in the actual #help channel (yes im there some times).
Id suggest that a couple people would be given ligth moderator status.
This should not be done by votes, maybe the engine devs choose someone that play and that are trustworthy to have this kick command in every autohost, channel.
I dunno who is best but some people have this capability.
I can trow up some names, carpenter, triton johan uette e.t.c...
Bare in mind its just a ligth moderator status, and it wouldnt be a heavy responsability.
Its just that when they are actualy playing if they see something out of the ordinary, they can act on it .
This way maybe we can just moderate a bit the autohosts that are present, im not sugesting everyone having this power maybe only 4 people.
I just make this apeal, because so many people beguiners mostly seam to be sufering from this.
Im just reporting a situation and by no means is this a sugestion that apeared out of nothing.
Anyways i make this report, my opinion is, maybe it can be a good thing or it can result in no aparent beneficts.
But for the sake of trying, it seams that theres no harm in it.
By no means am i asking to get rigths, (i dont want them also), i rarely come to spring and i mod and dev most of the time, im not an actual player.
End of statement

Something along the lines of specific game moderators voted for by the specific game's community.

My theory is that there's a guy sitting somewhere being provided a "last thing someone posted on the forum" and they type a response... so the bot makes it so the person only has to type one thing and click submit. so like 3 seconds instead of 20 and does this for like 1000 forums...
My other theory is that these are real users and they are infected by some kind of trojan that adds spam links to the bottom of their posts.

Autohosts owners should not be allowed to drive the community. They're already the reason why Spring has been stuck on BADSD for years now.

personaly, i have seen Autohosts owners use there powers in negative ways.....non-mods should not hold that sort of power for something that effects so many people and effects the community as a whole in such a profound way....
there is a solution to this, assuming that the modderators here have the power to kick off host from the server for a while or whatever.....we can hold them by the threat of getting thier host kicked.....if they use their power to intervene they will get thier hosts blocked....for every case they intervene they will get a penalty by getting all of thier hosts kicked for a certain amount of time
rather we get coerced, or they do....there is no "freedom"....
but mods generally like host owners....from my impretions...
Edit:i misunderstood smoth...removed a few sentences

I think there should be a global set of rules for game hosts to abide by. No gameplay specific rules, just rules to limit disruptive behavior of autohost administrators.
Hosts use public resources (Spring's lobby server) in order to provide their service for clients. As such they should be subject to moderation.
Even game-project subforum moderators must abide by global forum rules.

.
i agree
setting up some general host rules might be a better idea...since distinguishing between a normal player hosting a few games and a major auto host it's owner can be troublesome
forceing host owners 4 gameplay reasons might be crossing the line......i dont know....

I believe there's a misunderstanding here. What I meant was that the suggested rules should only limit player harassment by autohost admins on their servers.

i still agree with you.....
i think i understood the part about how the rules should not force host owners 2 do thinks like not host dsd(which i also agree with....even thu i wished that they would stop hosting dsd)

Kicking players to /take them ingame. Kicking opponents ingame to win. Griefing allies (reclaiming, napping, capturing etc.).

Imo the spring admins should be more choosy about who they allow to host an autohost.
