SpringLobby 0.116 binary blocked as "malicious"

For some odd reason, SpringLobby 0.116 is being categorized as "malicious" by my university's web filtering. All the previous versions seemed to be fine.

The url I'm trying to reach is: http://www.springlobby.info/windows/spr ... -win32.zip.

Can someone rezip or upload it somewhere else? I'm pretty sure the file is NOT malicious, but am not exactly sure how to bypass something like this. Thanks for the help!

The new link is blocked as well  . Maybe encryption would help?

Does zero-k work for you? http://zero-k.info/lobby/setup.exe
Or is it blocked too?
I had problems with whole site being marked as "gaming"

a friendly word ( or alcoholic product? ) to your local admin might help too

@Licho: Zero-K works fine (I can reach http://zero-k.info/lobby/setup.exe and download/install it as well as the rest of the site)

@koshi: Haha, I'll work on providing that alcoholic product, but in the mean time, the newest link is blocked out still =( ... I think the filtering system might be blocking due to filename? No solid idea...

Nope. :|

Edit: Tested again, and it seems to work now. Looks like they silently fixed it.

I think the "win32.zip" part of the filename might be triggering the false alarm. I tried downloading the new binary (0.117 from http://springlobby.info/windows/springl ... -win32.zip) and it is blocked too. However, I am able to download the the 0.117 source without any problems (http://springlobby.info/tarballs/spring ... 17.tar.bz2). Can you guys encrypt the binary as a passworded archive and upload it? I'm interested to see if that would work.
