Spring RTS Engine

When i install Gundam RTS everything is fine, but when i got to play the mod the only things that show up ar the AI files and the maps for it. Spring wont recognize the mod for some reason. I know that there has been some issues with that but i thought they were fixed? Any help please.

PS if its anything note worthy im using winrar to extract the files and it says the files will be recompressed after extraction, when i check it it look like the archive mover icon.

Gundam RTS 1.21 is not compatible with Spring 0.82.6.1.

Thanks, though I wont yell at smoth for making such a great game. Instead I may install spring then delete it about 50 times to show it who's the boss.
