Watch this series picasso, if that doesn't interest you then you possibly won't like it.
Everyone I have shown this game to has loved it. Try it while it is free.

Minecraft
This is a temporary page.
Minecraft got way too popular for this humble server. I've had to disable everything fancy to even get it to run. It went down on Saturday, September 18.
It will probably go back to normal on Monday, September 20.
Server fail

Clonk Planet was better.
I dont understand why Minecraft is so popular when Clonk Planet is much more better made and you actually have a goal there...

Minecraft is free of some invisible arbitrary direction. you do what you want, you cannot see through rock like you can in clonk planet so you can get lost underground if you are not careful. It is much more intense.

You can get lost underground in clonk planet too if you are not careful.
The cool thing in Clonk Planet is that it has changing environments, dynamic water/snow/sand, you can melt the snow/ice into water, and vice versa, you can dig resources from underground, build elevators, wagons to carry the minerals from underground etc... its basically the same game but much better except its 2d, and 2d is nicer. watching huge 3d blocks that represent 1 pixel in Clonk Planet, creeps me out.

I have played games similar to clonk planet, you cannot get lost the same as you can in minecraft. You can get kinda lost but not really really lost.

Why is getting lost in a cave so cool?
I tried playing minecraft like a month ago and all i saw was sims...
players making houses and gardens and all that crap...
If on likes sims hell like this but it cant be compared to something like DF.
It seems to be in pretty early stages and not many things are interesting to interact with and the world is pretty primitive.

I really like Minecraft too. The amount of freedom that you get to do what you want is awesome, the suicidal cows are hilarious, and you sort of feel like a dwarf while you're making your underground fortress in the mountain. You can even build huge windows and waterfall elevators. The bouncing creatures are also amusing.
