Portal 2 Co-Op Impressions

A pair of cute robots star in Valve's team-focused twist on the Portal formula.
The single-player campaign's only twice as long? Jesus, that's crap.
I realise that it's difficult to weave a cogent plot without repeating puzzle-types across a greater length of
time, but I figured on it being three times as long at least.
I finished the first game on first play-through in about four hours.
So, I'm gonna be able to finish this new game in eight or nine hours, am I? It'll last me two days, then.
If this is a £50/$60 release, that's not good enough.
I'm gonna need another reason to buy it.
By which I mean another reason *IN ADDITION TO* the co-op, mode.
I won't always have a second person to play with, which means it doesn't count as core content in my book.

I think maybe it's a copy-pasta by one of those "payed to drum up interest" people rather than a bot specifically.

I have bad teeth... I don't hate portal 2 yet... but I'm guessing either it will be worth the money or I will wait for the "OMG 90% EVERYTHING" steam summer sale and get it then.

Can't wait for Portal 2, especially coop.

I wish a moderator would censor the links, at least the
1 one. If not outright delete the whole thread.
Moderators here are so prone to ban any helpful contributor for voicing opinion a little strongly, yet they let our dear Spring forum be disfigurated by spammer bots of the worst kind.

Portal was nice, but still, were is halflife 3?
I just imagine it to be kickass, i would make it a half prequel -Adrian Shepard from Opposing force, thrown into the seven hours war- loosing both his legs, and then getting a offer by the combine he can not resist, and man with that background you can do not much wrong... instead valve hybreeds system shock with the Incredible machine, nice, yes nice, but still second choice.

what exactly is the point of a bot like this?
Re: Portal 2 Co-Op Impressions

The point of the bot like this is to copy a link to the advertised website (Nhakhoanhantam dental clinic) on as many website, forums, blogs etc... as possible. And the more important the website/forum/etc... the better.
This bot does not do it for the human. In fact this bot doesn't care about humans, as long they don't suspect him. This bot intended target is other bots.
This bot targets spider-bots. This bot aims to fool search engine crawler-spider bots, by making them think the Nhakhoanhantam dental clinic is very important, since there are links about it everywhere on the internet. That way, their website will turn up first when you search for dental clinic on the internet. The poorly copy-pasted text about Portal 2 is just a decoy to muddle the mind of our forum moderators, so they don't outright recognise it as a spam bot. The link to the dental clinic website isn't too obvious, so again our moderator have more difficulty recognize it as a spam bot.
And apparently our moderators are so lacking they let this post sit, polluting our forum, instead of fighting the bot back!

Thanks mods! Maybe I should have use the report button before writing public accusations! I'd say user zwzsg is guilty of Felony 1, 6 and 4 and should be moderated. But very lightly though, I've got urges to post.
A bot but a relevant thread.
Because Portal is all about bots characters?
Portal was nice, but still, were is halflife 3?
I was really looking forward to an episode 3 where the Freeman would fight the combine with the portal gun in one hand and the gravity gun in the other, in a vertical ice chasm locking the borealis.
Portal was nice because it was short and its scenario had surprises, but I'm not sure I'll enjoy playing a regular-game-long puzzle game.
