Spring RTS Engine

Hello,

can you say me the location where SD saves the mods/games to? It's neither in the "spring" directory nor in the "MyGames" folder?!

they use a special format for mods. you do not have one file per mod, but all files of the mod are laying around as compressed files, and on update, only changed files are downloaded. there is a meta szstem that knows which files belong to which mod versions. so. as a user, you should never look directly at these files, but use SD or the pzthon rapid client to mess with these mods.

Maps are still downloaded in normal sdz format, they should be in My Games folder, unless your springsettings datadir point SD to other place.

Thanks. But it is still possible to delete some old mods, isn't it?

as i have not used SD since some time, i only can say it surely is possible with rapid.
