Springdownloader: Can't install it

I had springdownloader until yesterday. Since I didn't use it in a long time, it was updating and then reinstalling itself but failed. So now I don't have it installed anymore and I can't reinstall it. I get an error message. Precisely, I get

When I go to the log file, I getComponent Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile (x86 and x64) has failed to install with the following error message:
"A failure occurred attempting to install the .NET Framework 4 Client."
The following components failed to install:
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile (x86 and x64)

So what can I do in order to install springdownloader again? I'm currently using springlobby but I find it really bothering having to download the whole new versions of mods (CA is between 80 and 105 Mb) while springdownloader only download the necessary (generally around 5 Mb for any new version of any mod). I have a slow internet connection so it really makes a difference.The following properties have been set:
