Live updates with certain files

I'd like to request the ability for updated files like uikeys.txt and widget configs to be updated as soon as they are changed. So you can change through them whilst being ingame.
Dunno if this is possible or not but it would help me a fair bit cause I'd like to be able to set up different profiles of uikeys.txt for different uses ingame and also to fulfil my other widget request which was to make it possible to change config files and have them updated instantly in the game.
