For equal benefit all sucessful spring players, hereby I give yu second version of newdsdrules
1. HLT has range of Big Bertha
2. HLT also shoots air
3. HLT costs 1,2x LLT
4. HLT DPS x2
Second make forbid comdrop into enemy base.
