Let me guess, your the one who voted yes? If you had said mod, I wouldn't have voted at all (no opinion), but you had to say admin so I think you need to be put down before you become a security issue.

IMO, if there will be any other mods here, they should be have extensive experience on other boards and are not ban happy or lock happy.

They also need to be mature and definitly not promote they want to be a mod

Well if we dont promote ourselfs, how will the other admins know that we have experience as mods/admins on other boards?

BTW, im not looking for a position, but I do have experience on a few other boards. But you would not have know that if I hadnt told you would you?!?!

The list of people I'd rather see admin then you is 1033 long.

You meet all the bad admin catagories:
1. Poor spelling/grammer: Admins/mods need to be able to express themselfs concisely and clearly, anything that potentially could cause confusion makes the candidate a bad one.

2. Impatience and intolerance: Admins/mods must be able to roll with the punches. If you have ever wanted someone banned who hasn't been maliciously and intentionally trying to ruin the fun, chances are you are a bad admin candidate. Good admins ban people when they are breaking the rules because its the right thing to do, not because they want to ban people.

3. Preset agenda: Admins/mods should never have an agenda before they come into power. Ever.

Potential admins shouldnt ask for the position beforehand, it should be offered first.

Welll, I think Min3mat sux. and aGorm rules. He's to modest to say... but he'd make a great admin. EVERYONE knows this. It comes from him being such a blindingly cool dood. While Min3mat is not. Look, he made a post about becoming an admin!! aGorm is teh only desurving one! He hasn't asked for it. He still isn't.
